About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of our retirement living developments, working closely with a small team to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the maintenance of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe for our residents
  • Providing excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating events and activities for our residents, ensuring they have a happy and fulfilling lifestyle
  • Overseeing contractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet our high standards
  • Completing health and safety checks, ensuring our properties are safe for our residents

We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
