Estate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of our retirement scheme, working closely with a small team to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and a love of people. You will be an accomplished administrator with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. Your ability to work 'front of house' and provide a first-class customer service will be essential in this role.
You will be responsible for organizing activities, coordinating facilities, overseeing contractors, and completing health and safety checks. You will also be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other colleagues.
This is a rewarding role that requires a high level of efficiency, assertiveness, and good judgement. You will be calm under pressure and able to make decisions quickly.
