Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a data-driven analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
- Lead a team of data analysts and collaborate with key stakeholders to translate insights into concrete strategies and initiatives.
- Design and implement data visualization tools and reports to effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences.
- Develop advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning initiatives to create actionable insights that support maximizing Levi's Digital Revenue.
- Partner with Ecommerce and loyalty teams to translate insights into action and measure the impact of implemented initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience in Ecommerce analytics, customer analytics, trading analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of leading motivated teams.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data-driven strategies that drive growth, improve customer loyalty, and optimize trading outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using various data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe, Segment data tool, and other relevant technologies.
