Job Title: Head of Ecommerce Customer Analytics Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Ecommerce Customer Analytics Leader to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our ecommerce and customer analytics efforts in Europe, driving growth, optimizing the customer experience, and fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce and customer analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of data analysts to create actionable insights that support maximising Levi's Digital Revenue.
  • Partner with ecommerce and loyalty teams to translate insights into action and measure the impact of implemented initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce analytics, customer analytics, trading analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of leading motivated teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data-driven strategies that drive growth, improve customer loyalty, and optimize trading outcomes.

Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using various data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe, Segment data tool, and other relevant technologies.

Decision Making and Problem Solving:

  • Ability to make quick data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to share proactive, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data insights into actionable stories for diverse audiences.

  • Connect, communicate, inspire, and create collaboration across a spectrum of departments.
  • Offer data-driven leadership across the local EU organization.
  • Global Data Team connection and thought partnership.
