The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Design Consultant. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering projects, including site appraisals, planning advice, drainage and highway design, earthworks modeling, utility evaluations, contract management, and detailed design information for Tender and Construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team of experienced engineers to develop high-profile infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on civil engineering design and delivery
  • Conduct site appraisals and provide planning advice to clients
  • Develop and implement drainage and highway design solutions
  • Model and analyze earthworks and utility evaluations
  • Manage contracts and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain detailed design information for Tender and Construction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in civil engineering design consultancy
  • BSc or BEng qualified
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering design and delivery
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
