Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering a high volume of customer calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing sales orders and ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
  • Providing information on changes to orders and ensuring that customers are informed of any updates.
  • Managing order/delivery discrepancies and advising customers accordingly.
  • Setting up and supporting customers online ordering.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Creating ad-hoc reports for customer and sales teams using Excel templates.
  • Following business processes to ensure that we deliver right first time.

Requirements:

  • Confident in speaking with customers and sales teams to resolve any issues.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage own workload.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to use own initiative.
