About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Engineering Lead to join our team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software engineers and offshore resources to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the development of technical standards and performing reviews to ensure enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and architects, to define requirements and design solutions for our product suite.
  • Driving the agile development process, establishing best practices, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience in software engineering and managing an Agile team, with a strong background in project planning and management tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in building cloud-native solutions in Azure, as well as expertise in Java Spring Boot and Angular.
  • Experience with various resource models, including managed services and/or staff augmentation.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of software engineers.
