Job Title: Agile Director

We are seeking an experienced Agile Director to join our team at Sportradar, a leading sports technology company. As an Agile Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by designing and delivering our Enterprise Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver the API/Platform strategy
  • Partner closely with the business to design the architecture for large programs of work
  • Define the standards and governance that will shape the future of the organization
  • Be accountable for the architecture of strategic programmes of work
  • Drive technical cohesion and standards across our global engineering teams
  • Provide technical governance across the business
  • Help lead and inspire the Architecture community

Requirements:

  • Strong Architectural experience with a variety of modern technologies and platforms
  • Experience working on programmes that span multiple business units
  • Track record of coaching and mentoring technical teams
  • Experience with modern methods such as DevOps, Domain Driven Design, Agile Product Delivery
  • Working experience with one or more of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (AWS Preferred)
  • Positive and inclusive communicator and collaborator
  • Strategic thinker, able to keep the long-term goals in sight whilst delivering today's needs
