Commercial Finance Manager Job Description

Fintellect Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will be responsible for building relationships with SMEs, becoming their trusted advisor and funding partner, and helping them with any finance requirements both short-term and long-term.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships
  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on commercial finance options and solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business development activities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a commercial finance or business development role, with a strong understanding of commercial finance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High levels of commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
