About the Role

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Deliver ambitious sales targets and monitor progress to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
