About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Project Coordinator to join our team at Ryder Reid Legal. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and contributing to the delivery of our HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Provide administrative support to our HR team, including preparing HR correspondence, managing payroll and benefits changes, and coordinating the leaver process.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of HR projects, including annual salary and bonus review processes, and holiday queries.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with our HR team, payroll team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR projects.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR-related documentation, including staff files and HR policies.
- Support: Provide support to our HR team with appraisal processes, e-filing, staff gifts, and new baby hampers.
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced HR Project Coordinator who has a strong background in HR administration and project coordination. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
