Job Title: Assistant Employment Adviser

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Employment Adviser. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants to find and sustain employment.

About the Role

The Assistant Employment Adviser will work closely with our Employment Advisors to provide direct support to participants, helping them to identify their strengths and areas for development. You will also be responsible for organising and conducting job-club activities, either on a one-to-one or group basis, to help participants with their job search and CV writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to participants to help them achieve their employment goals
  • Work closely with Employment Advisors to identify participant needs and develop tailored support plans
  • Organise and conduct job-club activities to help participants with their job search and CV writing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities for participants
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentBasic IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeExperience of working with vulnerable adults or young peopleWhat We Offer
