Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Junior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy department.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based practice and best available research.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of the physiotherapy service.
- Diploma in Physiotherapy or BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or overseas equivalent.
- Experience of working in a musculoskeletal physiotherapy setting, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
