The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Senior Night Hygiene Team Leader in organizing the night cleaning operation
  • Monitoring and controlling chemical usage and concentration as directed by chemical suppliers and in line with COSHH and Company requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues on food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement improvements to our food safety and hygiene processes
