Director of Product Management

Consortia is partnering with a B2B SaaS start-up to find a seasoned Director of Product Management with a technical background to lead their product development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams to create high-quality products and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of product managers, engineers, and designers to create innovative products.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to align product development with business objectives.
  • Make data-driven decisions to inform product development and drive business outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in software engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with product-led growth and sales GTM strategies.
