**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and maintaining the highest standards of care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver person-centered care
  • Manage staff inductions, training, and development to ensure top-notch service delivery
  • Investigate complaints, safeguarding issues, and manage incidents and accident reports
  • Conduct spot checks, supervisions, and annual appraisals to maintain quality and compliance
  • Complete and review support plans and risk assessments to meet individual needs
  • Manage referrals from initial assessment to contract start date, ensuring a seamless process
  • Work closely with the Office Manager for accurate rota planning, covering gaps and absences
  • Participate in an on-call rota, ensuring 24/7 support for our services

**Requirements**

  • Strong background in Health and Social Care, particularly in working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of GDPR, Equality and Diversity, and The Mental Capacity Act
  • Willingness to work towards a formal QCF qualification
