Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehabilitation team. This role is a fixed-term contract for a duration of 12 months, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care within the community.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will:

  • Deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services in various settings, including patients' homes and care facilities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Rehabilitation Nurses, to support individuals with both chronic and acute health conditions.
  • Participate in falls prevention initiatives and provide care tailored to the elderly population.
  • Work autonomously while also being part of a supportive team environment.
  • Engage in weekend service provision as part of a rota system.
