Key Responsibilities:
Market Development:
You will enhance Opus Talent Solutions' visibility in your specific market sector by creating and disseminating engaging content and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Gain insights into your market by attending industry events and engaging with thought leaders.
- Contribute positively to the Opus brand through strategic sales activities that prioritize long-term business objectives over immediate gains.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify potential sales leads and create a targeted client map.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to engage target clients throughout the sales process.
- Initiate contact through cold calling and emailing to foster discussions about Opus Talent Solutions with decision-makers.
- Craft compelling pitch presentations and proposals for client meetings.
- Conduct business meetings with clients to assess their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate with clients to establish mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes to safeguard revenue.
Consultant and Account Management:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new consultants at client sites to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage your portfolio of consultants effectively.
- Conduct quarterly service reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and performance.
- Address any professional or technical development requests from clients or consultants through our internal coaching team.
Required and Desirable Experience:
- Background in technology recruitment or software sales.
- A strong commitment to enhancing diversity within the tech sector and creating opportunities for individuals in the industry.
