The Cocktail Co is a dynamic and ambitious company that specializes in the production and distribution of innovative cocktail ranges. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales and Account Manager to join our team and drive our expansion plans across the on-trade sector in the North West and beyond.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in the drinks industry. As a Senior Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will be a natural brand ambassador, with a charismatic and enthusiastic personality suited for field sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Plan and visit target establishments, showcasing the product range through demonstrations, and processing new accounts/orders.
  • Sales Performance: Meet monthly targets for new accounts created and sales within those accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Retain and grow the existing customer base by maintaining strong business relationships and managing all aspects of new accounts.
  • Client Support: Provide regular contact, training, point-of-sale support, and promotional updates to accounts.
  • CRM Management: Track all client communications and visit details in a CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team on sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in the drinks industry.
  • Skills: Extensive sales experience, ability to close sales and manage client relationships, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM software, strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Location: Based in Greater Manchester/Cheshire/North West area, with a full clean UK driving license and over 18 years old.
  • Network: Established network of contacts within the drinks industry.
