About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and efficient Administrator or Receptionist to join our team at Colten Care. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will provide a variety of administrative support to our care homes and home managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out administration duties in a friendly, efficient, professional, and timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to care homes and home managers.
- Manage email and postal correspondence, handle telephone enquiries, and maintain client admission and occupancy records.
- Assist with financial management tasks and basic recruitment administration.
- Be responsible for the front desk, meeting and greeting residents, relatives, and visitors with a warm welcome and providing the highest possible standard of customer care.

About You
We are looking for an efficient and competent Administrator or Receptionist with a proven track record in this line of work. You should have excellent customer service and communication skills and share our goal of delivering excellence in person-centred care.
