About the Role

We are seeking an efficient and competent Administrator or Receptionist to join our team at Colten Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our care homes and home managers, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a friendly, efficient, professional, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to care homes and home managers
  • Carry out administration duties, including email and postal correspondence, handling telephone enquiries, client admission and occupancy records, financial management tasks, and basic recruitment administration
  • Be responsible for the front desk, meeting and greeting residents, relatives, and visitors with a warm welcome and providing the highest possible standard of customer care
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service and care outcomes

About You

We are looking for an individual who is flexible, approachable, well-organised, and able to prioritise and take appropriate action. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets, and a high standard of literacy and numeracy.
