Care Home Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and efficient Administrator or Receptionist to join our team at Colten Care. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will provide a variety of administrative support to our care homes and home managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out administration duties in a friendly, efficient, professional, and timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to care homes and home managers, including email and postal correspondence, client admission and occupancy records, financial management tasks, and basic recruitment administration.
- Be responsible for the front desk, meeting and greeting residents, relatives, and visitors with a warm welcome and providing the highest possible standard of customer care.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.
Requirements
- Proven track record in administration or reception work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High standard of literacy and numeracy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets.
- Flexibility, approachability, and the ability to prioritize and take appropriate action.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask on a daily basis.
