Solar PV CAD Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solar PV CAD Designer to join our team at i2i Recruitment Consultancy. As a Solar PV CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in our Solar PV design team, working on a wide range of projects and collaborating with our installers and clients to deliver accurate Solar designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze tender packs and documentation from clients to ensure accurate Solar designs.
  • Collaborate with our design team to create detailed site plans indicating Solar PV locations.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to complete designs and create design packs.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and prepare documentation as needed.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • AutoCAD experience is essential, with a strong understanding of Solar and AutoCAD software.
  • PVSol, VDV planner, and Solar experience are desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
