Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience of working in a busy, premium restaurant environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve results.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in hospitality or a related field, such as a degree in hospitality management or a culinary arts degree.
