Restaurant Manager Opportunity

Major Talent is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our high-end hospitality setting. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining a high-volume service environment.
  • Lead and inspire the team to provide excellent service during busy periods.
  • Uphold exceptional food quality standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Oversee recruitment, staff development, HR, payroll, and performance management.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and reduce waste while maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate reservation management, optimising guest flow and table turnover.
  • Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards are consistently met.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
