Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users across 1st and 2nd line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and network
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
Requirements
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Windows 10
  • Office 365 support
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to network support
  • Azure knowledge (commercial or through online courses)
Work Environment

We offer a hybrid work environment, with two days in the office and three days working from home. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
