About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our Institutional Business, you will be responsible for providing a dedicated end-to-end client onboarding and change management service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of new client mandates across the business, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Prepare the legal and operational groundwork for implementing changes to existing client mandates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Own project and time manage client work in conjunction with other business areas to achieve the client's funding objectives in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the function of all business areas within LGIM, building and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as an internal 'implementation consultant' to the client relationship management team, providing technical expertise and guidance on client onboarding and change management.
  • Attend or facilitate client conference calls and meetings, providing progress updates and ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the onboarding process.
  • Maintain and design business processes and procedures to support a risk-controlled and compliant environment.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of investments and financial markets.
  • Previous experience working with onboarding, ideally within segregated clients.
  • Knowledge of current investment, market, regulatory and economic matters.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at a senior management level.
  • Project Management/Co-ordination experience/responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of KVG market.
