Wealth Trust Administrator
Finrox Recruitment is collaborating with a prestigious private wealth management firm in search of a committed Wealth Trust Administrator to enhance their distinguished Tax/Trust & Accounting division. This organization fosters a cooperative atmosphere where you will engage with a team of legal professionals, accountants, financial consultants, and tax experts to deliver holistic services to affluent individuals, trusts, and estates.
The Wealth Trust Administrator will autonomously prepare trust financial statements and personal/trust tax filings, perform peer evaluations, and oversee the daily trust operations of a client portfolio. This role encompasses ensuring that engagement agreements are established, fees are negotiated, and invoiced appropriately. Additionally, the position involves aiding in the comprehensive management of client matters and supporting the broader team with charitable organizations and small business accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare trust financial statements and personal/trust tax filings for assessment.
- Oversee the daily operations of high net-worth clients, trusts, and estates.
- Ensure engagement agreements and fee arrangements are established and invoiced.
- Assist in the overall management of client matters and support the team with charitable organizations and small business accounts.
- Conduct peer evaluations and ensure adherence to relevant processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing trust financial statements, preferably within an accounting firm.
- Familiarity with various financial statement formats, processes, and systems, particularly CCH Trust Accounts.
- Competence in presenting data in Excel and drafting reports in Word.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied client portfolio.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
