Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Opportunity

Occupational Health Staffing Limited is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to lead our OH service in Hamilton, Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the OH service on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of OH staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve OH service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Take ownership of budgetary responsibilities, ensuring effective financial management of the OH service.
  • Responsible for managing a caseload of OH cases, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Perform immunisations and venepuncture procedures as required.
  • Travel to client sites as necessary to provide OH services.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Occupational Health Nurse with strong case management, health surveillance, and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Clean driving licence and access to a car.
