We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Manager to lead our 4/5 rated care home in Hamilton. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care standards are upheld and that our home continues to thrive.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day running of the home and staff team, ensuring the highest level of care standards are maintained.
- Lead in care inspections and develop relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, managing recruitment, training, and financial responsibility for the home.
- Audit and health and safety lead, as well as marketing and occupancy management.
- Proven track record of successful home management within the nursing home sector.
- Sound knowledge of Care Inspectorate and Care Standards.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills and experience in private fee-paying marketing.
- Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) desired but open to non-nurses with experience.
