About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Community & Therapies Team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the team in delivering an effective and efficient administration service, ensuring the smooth operation of our patient care pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the provision of quality patient care by delivering administrative support to the team
- Register referrals, appoint patients, and support the appointments process
- Input data into patient/client records and maintain accurate records
- Refer on/discharge patients following clinical direction
Requirements
- 12 months experience in an administrative role
- Good level of education/GCSE or equivalent
- OECDL, Clait, IBT or equivalent IT skills
