About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Community & Therapies Team at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Administrator in delivering an effective and efficient administration service
- Register referrals, appoint patients, and support the appointments process
- Input data into patient/client records and refer on/discharge as required
- Use Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

Person Specification
- 12 months experience in an administrative role
- Good level of education/GCSE or equivalent
- Essential IT skills, including experience with SystmOne
