Job Title: School Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented School Administrator to join our team at Academics. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our school operations, ensuring a seamless experience for students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and comprehensive student records, attendance, and sensitive information in accordance with school and legal standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to parents, students, and visitors as the first point of contact.
  • Coordinate and organize school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences, ensuring efficient logistics and communication.
  • Prepare and disseminate school communications, including newsletters, event notifications, and official announcements.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office and educational supplies, maintaining a well-organized and fully stocked office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of School and senior leadership team, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, directing or responding independently as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant independent school regulations, policies, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a school administrator is ideal.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with school management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A warm, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a passion for supporting a vibrant educational community.
