What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality and leading a high-performing kitchen team. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record of championing excellent service, leading and developing a team, and demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively.
  • Work closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Demonstrate great planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour.
  • Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
