Position Title: Clinical Nurse Manager - Surgical Services

- Oversee clinical functions and technological integration to ensure patient-focused care delivery.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with surgeons, anesthesia teams, nursing staff, and healthcare administration.
- Encourage development and enhance quality standards within the surgical service line.
- Work collaboratively with various clinical departments to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with essential stakeholders to strategize and adjust objectives and plans.
- Contribute to organization-wide projects aimed at improving safety and operational efficiency.
- Develop and oversee operational productivity metrics and budget management.
- Prioritize efficiency, manage supply expenses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
Experience Required: At least 5 years of experience in Surgical Services, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Licensure/Certifications: Valid RN license in Washington State is mandatory; AHA BLS certification is also required.
Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience.
