As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents and ensuring the highest level of quality and compassion. Your duties will include scheduling and assigning nursing staff, establishing a supportive environment, and maintaining a safe and clean working space. You will also be responsible for managing documentation, promoting a collaborative team dynamic, and ensuring resident confidentiality. To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, a minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience, and excellent communication skills.
