We are working with a local authority in Hertfordshire to recruit a Senior Policy Officer for an initial 12-month period with the option of extension. The role will involve working on site 2 days a month and the rest of the time working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience working within the public sector dealing with planning policy
- Extensive experience of the local development plan process
- Worked through all stages of a local plan
Requirements:
- Desired experience in the public sector
- Strong understanding of planning policy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
