Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle in Hertford, Hertfordshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, leading a team of care professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to residents, including administering medication and managing care plans.
- Lead and guide a team of care professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the care home, including coordinating care activities and responding to emergencies.
- Act as a named nurse for individual residents, developing strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Contribute to the development of care policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with Signature Senior Lifestyle's values and standards.
Requirements:
- Active NMC registration.
- Awareness of CQC regulations and working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
- Post-registration qualifications are a big advantage.
