Role Summary
This role presents an exhilarating opportunity for a passionate Brand Marketing Lead to cultivate both the corporate brand and private-label offerings. You will become part of a vibrant and fast-evolving environment, formulating strategies to enhance market share and elevate customer satisfaction. You will take charge of developing the brand and providing a comprehensive perspective of the organization concerning all marketing and key stakeholder interactions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and synchronize marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives for both new and existing offerings, collaborating closely with the Commercial team.
- Formulate and execute the brand strategy, establishing style guides, brand standards, vision, and value propositions for both immediate and long-term objectives.
- Transform brand strategies into practical plans and market entry tactics.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, evaluating their influence on sales campaigns.
- Analyze sales projections, financial data, and report on product performance, ROI, and key performance indicators.
- Partner with the Commercial and Insights teams to create and refresh marketing materials, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Collaborate with the Technical team to supervise product innovation.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of the organization's website.
