Job Title: Account and Data Executive

Type: Permanent

Pay: £55,000-£70,000

Location: London. 4-8 days per month onsite

X4 Technology is seeking an experienced Account and Data Executive to join their Business Solutions team.

The Role:

As an Account and Data Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business challenges, and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on software solutions to meet client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective solution delivery.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and lead contract renewals, driving revenue growth.
  • Provide product training and support to clients, ensuring they maximise their use of the platform.

About You:

  • Experience in an Account Management or similar client-facing role within SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

This is a hybrid role 4-8 days a month into the office and will provide a salary up to £55-70k depending on experience.
