  • This vacancy can be offered at Associate or Senior Associate level, depending on your experience and qualifications.
  • The salary for this role is up to £70k+ per annum.

What Will You Do?

  • You will run a broad real estate/commercial property caseload, advising on varied and high-quality work.
  • This includes sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, property development matters, and options, conditional contracts, and promotion agreements.
  • Our team also has a growing renewables sector, and if you have an interest in this area, we encourage you to get in touch.
  • You will play a key role in supporting local and national clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in business development, with the full support of a dedicated marketing team and wider team.

What Do We Need?

  • To be a qualified commercial property solicitor or legal executive with commercial property experience.
  • Ideally, you will have at least 2 years PQE within commercial property law.
  • You will need to be enthusiastic and eager to get stuck in, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
