What Will You Do?

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, and property development projects.
  • Provide expert advice on high-quality work, including options, conditional contracts, and promotion agreements.
  • Contribute to the growth of the firm's renewables sector, a key area of focus for the team.
  • Play a key role in supporting local and national clients, with opportunities for business development.

What Do You Need?

  • To be a qualified commercial property solicitor or legal executive.
  • Commercial property experience, ideally with at least 2 years PQE within commercial property law.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in and contribute to the team's success.
