Job Summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team as an Associate or Senior Associate. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing a broad real estate/commercial property caseload and advising on varied and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, and property development projects.
  • Provide expert advice on complex commercial property issues, including options, conditional contracts, and promotion agreements.
  • Support local and national clients in achieving their business objectives.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, working closely with our dedicated marketing team and wider department.

Requirements

  • Qualified commercial property solicitor or legal executive with a strong track record of experience.
  • Commercial property experience, ideally with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality work and a commitment to excellence.
