About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Ground Control. As a key member of our L&D team, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and managing in-house development programs that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver modern learning techniques across all materials
  • Develop and manage in-house development programs that meet business needs
  • Partner with senior leaders to create a culture of learning across the organization
  • Evaluate programs to prove ROI and inform future development
  • Communicate and sell the learning offer across the business

Requirements
