About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Partner in Billericay. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales targets and grow the Estate Agency network
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including property owners, buyers, and sellers
  • Provide end-to-end service to customers, from valuation to completion of sale
  • Utilize our super hub office and marketing budget to drive market appraisal opportunities and convert them into instructions
  • Oversee the sales process, utilizing the support of sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport/birth certificate)
  • Proof of address and National Insurance
