We're an Investors in People Silver Standard Company, and we're on a mission to revolutionize Learning and Development across our business. We're seeking a strong and enthusiastic L&D Partner to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and office-based work. You'll spend most of your time delivering training and developing new programs, with regular meetings and collaborations with our team. You'll have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, from senior leaders to new hires, and help shape the future of our organization.
As an L&D Partner, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering modern, engaging learning materials and programs. You'll work closely with our eLearning Manager to create bespoke content, manage our online social learning platform, and develop a range of training programs to support our business goals.
You'll also play a key role in supporting our new hires, helping them to settle into their roles and feel part of our team. You'll work closely with our HR team to develop and implement induction programs, and help ensure that our new starters have the best possible experience.
