About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Ground Control. As a key member of our L&D team, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and managing in-house development programs that meet the needs of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and adapt modern learning techniques to embed across all materials
  • Design, deliver, and manage in-house development programs
  • Develop and deliver a new leadership program
  • Help run a group mentor and coaching program
  • Create engaging bitesize on-demand content
  • Design a memorable induction experience
  • Work on bespoke learning requests from the business
  • Partner with senior leaders across the business
  • Evaluate programs to prove ROI
  • Communicate, sell, and land our offer across the business
  • Create a culture of learning across a growing business
Requirements

We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and energetic individual with experience in L&D design, delivery, and business partnership. You will have a strong understanding of learning models, theories, and implementation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be flexible, innovative, and willing to work hard to achieve our goals. You will also have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and resilience.
