About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Relief Chef Manager to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality food services across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onsite catering team to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front of house areas
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Manage stock levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize inventory
  • Complete weekly reports and bookwork to track performance and identify areas for improvement
About You
  • Proven experience as a chef manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
