Job Title: Presentations Team Leader

Job Summary:

Williams Lea Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presentations Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of presentations professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Presentations Operational Service Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and manage workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Make decisions on a daily basis to ensure profitability and service delivery.
  • Set expectations and standards for team members, leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct random quality control checks to identify areas for improvement and support training and development needs of the team.
  • Assist in identifying and delivering opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare management performance reports as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven team management experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality services and improving team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a large team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Desire to continually improve own skills and knowledge, with a willingness to learn and develop.
