Job Title: Presentations Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Presentations Team Leader to join our team at Williams Lea Limited. As a key member of our Presentations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional presentation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of presentation specialists in delivering high-quality presentation services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Presentations Operational Service Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and communication with clients.
  • Monitor and manage workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Make decisions on a daily basis to ensure profitability and service delivery.
  • Set expectations and standards for team attitude, behavior, and professional development.
  • Random quality control, including proofing, reviewing, measuring, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Assist in identifying and delivering opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare management performance reports as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead a large team.
  • Confident in escalation when required.
  • Proactive approach and sense of initiative.
  • Positive 'can-do' approach and able to act as a role model to employees.
  • Proactive, self-managing, and sensitive to fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Desire to continually improve own skills.
